I can finally sleep!!!!
As an older woman in full menopause, I was not sleeping more than 2 or 3 hours at a time. I was anxious at night and couldn't rest my brain.
Bought a bottle and started taking them and within 48 hours, I was sleeping 8 hours without any interruption. Even during the day now brain is calmer. My thoughts are not all over the place. I truly feel like taking these has lifted the fog. I highly recommend them.

Sleeping through the night!
I bought these on a whim one day. I typically wake up from sleeping between 1-3am and can’t go back to sleep for a couple hours. When I finally do, it’s time to get up shortly after leaving me tired most of the day. I took the recommended 2 gummies the first few nights. Slept all the way through!! The next night I tried just 1 gummy and still effective. Not even a forth of the way though the bottle and already going to go get another!

Not only do these taste delicious, they work like a dream! They help me sleep through the night, get a good night's rest and I don't feel groggy in the morning. The serving size is 2 gummies, but for me 1 works best.
