• No Return Shipping Required: For satisfaction claims on opened products, we do not require you to ship the item back. This saves you the hassle and helps us keep our prices low.

• Limit: This guarantee applies to one used or opened bottle per customer.

🔄 General Return Rules

For all other eligible inquiries within our 30-day window:

• Return Shipping: In the event a physical return is authorized, the customer provides return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for any returned items.

📦 Defective or Damaged Goods

If your items arrive damaged or defective, we will make it right immediately.
