A Honest Review.
I'm 42 yr, 6'1, and 245lb man with a ton of stress. I've tried a lot of different things to bring me some sort of relief. At least enough to get a good night's rest and this did it. I take 2 at night sometimes 4 but staying within the 24 hour period and I feel so calm It's like nothing can bother me. When I say it works I mean it.

I rarely leave any reviews, but this one is worthy. I bought my first bottle at a moment when anything helped me with my anxieties, and when I tried this one, it worked perfectly! I've been feeling a little extra stressed this week, and when I saw these in line last night at Marshall's for $8 I figured... why not. I took some last night and this morning, I definitely feel more at ease. What a pleasant surprise! The taste is not my favorite to be honest (it tastes almost fermented to me), but for the positive effects I don't really care. Thanks so much for making me feel better!!!
