I took these a few years ago and my hair stylist commented on how soft and strong my hair and that my hair loss post birth went way down.
For some reason, life is messy, I stopped taking them until 5 weeks ago my hair stylist nonchalantly asked if I was still taking them. When I said no and asked her if I should, she responded by showing me a big clump of hair.
So I bought them and let’s hope for the same results.
