Pleasantly STUNNED by the efficacy!

I can be very skeptical about herbal medications, perhaps stemming from reactions I have had from them in the past. But the reviews on this product, as well as my own research into the three key ingredients, prompted me to want to give it a try. It actually helps with my stress and anxiety, which no other medication Eastern or Western, with the exception of lamotrigine, has ever made a bit of difference in this arena. I am wondering if constipation can be a side effect that was not mentioned. But I could not be happier with the product at this point, and hoping the anti-inflammatory properties don't give me a bleeding ulcer like NSAIDs! THIS IS WORTH A TRY NO MATTER HOW CYNICAL YOU MAY BE!!!!!!

Super fan!

I am a fan of Be Happy Be You! I have used the Calm & Stress and love that. Then decided to try this one for bedtime and what a difference in my sleep!!! Absolutely ordering more! I used to have to take an OTC pill to get to and stay asleep. Now I take 2 gummies and stay asleep all night!!
